1. Scope of Services

Stratlify Technology Consulting provides site speed performance optimization, multi-cloud architecture consulting (AWS & Azure), business process automation, and zero-trust cybersecurity services under formal client statement of work (SOW) agreements.

2. Performance SLA Commitments

All speed optimization engagements are delivered against empirical Core Web Vitals targets defined during technical scoping. Performance guarantees apply to agreed environment parameters and server infrastructure capacities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain full ownership of their software source code, proprietary datasets, and infrastructure configurations. Custom scripts, cloud templates, and edge architectures delivered by Stratlify transfer to client ownership upon project completion.

4. Corporate Entity Information
